5S is an often underestimated method, as it forms the basis for many other projects and topics that build on it. With 5S, you create an overview and order in the workplace that enables you to recognize waste that is taking place. In our seminar, you will learn what 5S is all about and how you can benefit from it, as well as how you can implement 5Ss in your company.
