Our daily routine in the all-day seminar:
- 09:30 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the seminar schedule incl. expectation survey
- 09:45 a.m.: Start of the basic training What does 5S mean?
- Origin of 5S
- Objectives of the method
- Introduction of the method
- 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
- 13:30: Start of the 5S exercise.
- 15:00: Presentation of the group results
- 3:30 p.m.: Recording the topics for transfer at the workplace
- 5:00 p.m.: Summary of the day and open feedback over coffee
