    Waste-free processes - that is the idea behind the lean philosophy.

    But if you want to eliminate waste, you first need to be able to recognize it. In our "8 types of waste" seminar, you will have the opportunity to shed the typical operational blindness and unerringly perceive your senses for the perception of waste in your and other workplaces. Participants are given a summary of the theoretical and historical basis of the method and are thus provided with a tool for systematically and structurally discovering and grouping waste. This creates the optimum conditions for eliminating the causes of waste with the help of more advanced lean methods. Our lean specialists will be happy to answer any questions participants may have regarding the application of the method to specific practical problems and will convey the content in such a way that each participant will be able to apply their knowledge as a multiplier in their own company.

    Our daily routine in the all-day seminar:

    • 09:30 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the seminar schedule incl. expectation survey
    • 09:45 a.m.: Start of the basic training What are the 8V?
      • Objectives of the method
      • Introduction of the method
    • 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
    • 13:30: Group division for the exercise on 8V.
      • Role clarification: Who does what?
    • 15:00: Presentation of the group results
    • 3:30 p.m.: Recording the topics for transfer at the workplace
    • 5:00 p.m.: Summary of the day and open feedback over coffee
