    What does the MIGHT key figure mean?

    Use a transparent system of key figures to identify areas for action and optimize processes in a targeted manner.

    Overall equipment effectiveness is the key performance indicator from the TPM system. It is not maximum capacity utilization that is decisive, but optimum availability. In our seminar, we would like to sensitize you to look behind the OEE and enable you not only to understand all three factors of the OEE, but also to make them transparent. In our seminar, you will therefore learn to master the key figure and to interpret it so that in future it will quickly become clear to you where action needs to be taken in the process. In addition to teaching the mathematical basics and the ability to interpret the OEE number system using practical examples provided by the participants, the seminar also focuses on training the ability to pass on knowledge.

    Our daily routine in the all-day seminar:

    • 09:30 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the seminar schedule incl. expectation survey
    • 09:45 a.m.: Start of the basic training What does OEE mean?
      • Objectives of the method
      • Introduction to the key figure
      • Calculation of the OEE
    • 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
    • 13:30: Group allocation for the OEE exercise.
      • Role clarification: Who does what?
    • 15:00: Presentation of the group results
    • 3:30 p.m.: Recording the topics for transfer at the workplace
    • 5:00 p.m.: Summary of the day and open feedback over coffee
