    Problems are opportunities, but only if you know how to approach their solutions in a systematic and structured way. In practice, there is therefore a broad portfolio of common problem-solving techniques that, when used correctly, help to understand problems in a new way and use them as a source of permanent improvement. These "tools" are summarized as Practical Problem Solving (PPL) tools. In our seminar, we teach you the basics of the various problem-solving techniques in a compact format and learn how to apply them flexibly in joint exercises. Thanks to the experience of our seminar specialist, you will gain deep insights into the application of the tools that go far beyond the scope of topic-specific literature.

    Our daily routine in the all-day seminar:

    • 09:30 a.m.: Welcome and presentation of the seminar schedule incl. expectation survey
    • 09:45 a.m.: Start of the basic training What does PPL mean?
      • What is behind it?
      • Objectives of the method
      • Procedure for PPL
    • 12:30 p.m.: Lunch break
    • 13:30: Group allocation for the PPL exercise.
      • Role clarification: Who does what?
    • 15:00: Presentation of the group results
    • 3:30 p.m.: Recording the topics for transfer to the workplace
    • 5:00 p.m.: Summary of the day and open feedback over coffee
