From the push to the pull principle
Requesting material only as needed is one of the most powerful principles of the lean world and offers many advantages and opportunities to reduce costs. One tool for implementing this philosophy is the Kanban system. In our seminar, participants learn the basics of the system and calculation for creating Kanban cycles. Our lean specialists will teach participants the advantages and disadvantages of Kanban systems and how they can be used in practice, as not every production process is suitable. Using their own examples from everyday working life or concrete problems of the seminar participants, the contents are brought closer in a lively way and the application and communication skills of kanban systems are trained in the exercise section.
