Prevention of tomorrow
Maximum occupancy = maximum profit?
Only in theory. Practitioners know that no machine always works and that errors usually occur exactly when it is most unfavorable. In order to prevent long delivery times in the event of a major production loss, pre-production is usually carried out on suspicion, so that the above calculation is quickly reversed. The Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) system focuses on preventive maintenance of the machines and focuses not on capacity utilization, but on availability.
In our TPM seminar, participants will learn and understand the basics of TPM: What is the philosophy? What are the advantages? Our Lean experts train participants on the implementation methodology of a TPM system in the company and show how they can approach TPM projects in a structured way.
